Do I really need AI automation?
If calls go to voicemail while you work, quotes go quiet, or evenings go to admin, yes. Most customers book whoever answers first, and automation makes sure that is you.
If you have a full time front desk and a tidy follow up routine, you may need less, and we will tell you so.
Will my customers know it is automated?
Texts are written in your voice and signed with your business name.
The AI receptionist always says it is an AI assistant at the start of the call, because honesty builds trust.
What if the AI does not know the answer?
It never guesses, and it never gives medical or dental advice. It takes a message and alerts you right away with a short summary, so you can call back.
We test every script before launch and tune it from real calls.
Where is my customers’ information kept?
In your own GoHighLevel account, on secure servers in the United States, seen only by your team and ours.
For clinics, we set it up so texts and the AI receptionist collect only what intake and booking need, and it stays in your own account. You can export or delete it any time.
Is it allowed to text my customers?
Yes, done properly. Replying to people who contacted you is fine.
For anything more, we store each contact’s consent as Canada’s anti spam law (CASL) asks, and every text carries your name and a way to stop. In the US, we register your number for business texting and follow the TCPA.
Does it work with my software?
Connecting your calendar, Jobber or QuickBooks is included in the setup.
Housecall Pro and most dental software need a paid connector: from $650 to set up, plus the connector’s own monthly fee, at cost.
Can you build something custom for my business?
Yes. Most of what owners need is in the plan. When your business needs more, we build a custom AI assistant and connect it to your software.
We map it with you on a call, then agree a fixed price in writing before we start. Most custom systems go live in 3 to 6 weeks.
